Brand new laptop Windows 11 and having issues already. Cannot find sleep mode option in power settings. Additionally, sleep option not found in control panel power settings. Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option
Type in msinfo32
Press enter.
Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

Is Sleep Mode settings available on Power Options, or they're available but blank?
If you don't see Sleep Mode settings, it's probably that your system does not have enough drivers. Please install GPU driver, and also Chipset driver if necessary.
If above suggestion cannot help, please give me the screenshot of your settings menu.
