Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.
Thanks for the details.
Your suspicion may be correct. However, confirming problems with the CPU, GPU, or motherboard can be difficult because the system doesn't provide many clues. Stress testing and benchmark software are unfortunately not reliable for detecting hardware failures in these components.
Let's go through a few software-related points before concluding that the problem is with the hardware.
The last minidump does not mention any driver, only a generic system file.
I suggest doing the following:
- Go to the Asus website using the link below, download the latest Chipset driver, and install it.
https://rog.asus.com/br/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z690-a-gaming-wifi-d4-model/helpdesk_download/
Driver name: Intel Chipset driver V10.1.19899.8597 for Windows 10 64-bit and Windows 11 64-bit.
(You will need to expand the Chipset category to find the mentioned driver.)
(Extract the ZIP file, and double-click the file "AsusSetup" to run it. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)
Then, restart your PC and see if the system will work stably.
If the crash occurs again after doing this, please let me know. If a new minidump is created, please share it.
Feel free to ask back any questions.
