Since it is set to not configured, it means it is disabled. Can you share a screenshot of the error message you face when you try to install the app?

I am trying to run an app that requires hyper v is disabled and despite trying 50 different ways and it LOOKS like everything related to it is disabled, I still can't use the app. Please advise.
