Paid subscription of Microsoft 365 shows in settings>apps list. No applications found on computer. Tried about 6-8 times.
How to get it to install correctly?
Was working a few days ago, works on wife's computer.
If i were a business user this would be devastating.
I can try OpenOffice, or LibreOffice, but i paid for and like MS 365. Also I want to see if i can overcome this setback.
I have never had this situation before and i want to work through it. at 83, I want to accomplish something. :-)
If the correct version of Office/Microsoft 365 is indeed installed on your PC, you should be able to repair the installation from Windows Settings. Did you try it? See my previous reply.
Yes, i did repair.
it does say installed, but there are no office applications available. Quandary?
Did the repair complete successfully? Or did it report an error?
If everything is working properly, you should definitely be able to search individual Office apps from the Windows Start menu.
