*Can't find Azure Managed Redis, so use Azure Cache for Redis instead

For Redis ACL, is it currently supported in Azure Managed Redis? Looks like it's not an available option in the portal. If it's not, will there be a plan to support it? Since for Azure Managed Redis it's single DB per instance, ACL will be give user more control of granular access.

    Hi Kurt •,

    Greetings!!

I totally get your concern regarding ACL support for Azure Managed Redis. Currently, access control lists (ACLs) are not supported in Azure Managed Redis. This is an important feature, especially since it can provide more granular control over data access.

As you correctly pointed out, Azure Managed Redis operates with a single database per instance, which is where ACLs would typically add value by allowing more refined access controls. Unfortunately, right now, there's no official word on when or if this feature will be added, as the Data Access Policy is still not supported.

I hope this information helps. Please do let us know if you have any further queries.
