Decrypt the passed in data, using the given key set

  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

  The request context

• identifier

  The identifier of the keyset

• encryptedData
  Type: array<System.Byte[]

• algorithm
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.SigningAlgorithm

  The SigningAlgorithm to use [Default: SHA1]

Return Value

Type: array<System.Byte[]
Encrypted data
