microsoft learn personal information problem

I am writing regarding my AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator) exam registration.

On the exam appointment confirmation, my candidate name is clearly incorrect and does not match my official identification document. Due to this issue, I was unable to attend the exam at the test center.

Exam details:

Exam: AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator

Registration ID: <Mod remove PII>

Candidate ID: <Mod remove PII>

Exam Date: December 22, 2025

Test Center: HANDEX

This appears to be an administrative/registration error, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I would appreciate either:

a free rescheduling (voucher), or

a refund for the exam fee.
