Hi,

i have installed Windows 11 pro 25H2 and we use

1 program from revenue agency and text is not readable.

I do all requirements - non-unicode to be Bulgaria and

some other settings.

Also from revenue agency sent me 4 fonts and install/replace

them but no luck.

I install the same program on other pc that i was installed 7-8 months

ago and there work fine.

Also other people also have the same problem.

May the problem is somewhere in fonts.

I also use to install all possible fonts but this also did not

solve the problem.

I know that may you will not receive other cases like this, because

this is only for Bulgaria and not all people use new computers.

But for me everybody with new computer will have the same problem

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with displaying Cyrillic text in a specific program on Windows 11. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the font-related problems:

    1. Check Language Settings: Ensure that the Bulgarian language is properly added to your system. You can do this by going to the Settings app, navigating to Time & language > Language & region, and confirming that Bulgarian is listed under Preferred languages.
    2. Install Supplemental Fonts: Since you mentioned that you have installed specific fonts provided by the revenue agency, make sure these fonts are correctly installed as supplemental fonts. You can add supplemental fonts by going to Settings > System > Optional features and selecting View features next to Add an optional feature. Ensure that the fonts are checked and added.
    3. Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, font issues can be resolved by ensuring that your Windows installation is fully updated. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for any available updates.
    4. Test with Different Programs: If the problem persists in the specific program, try using other text-editing applications to see if the issue is consistent across different software. This can help determine if the issue is with the program itself or with the system fonts.
    5. Reinstall the Program: If possible, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the program from the revenue agency. Sometimes, a fresh installation can resolve compatibility issues.
    6. Contact Support: Since this issue seems to be specific to Bulgaria and the program from the revenue agency, consider reaching out to their support team for assistance. They may have encountered similar issues and could offer a solution.

If you've tried all these steps and the problem still exists, it may be beneficial to check if there are any known compatibility issues with Windows 11 and the specific software you're using.
