I am on a Hewlett Packard, and I can't access WordArt after I hit insert. I'm not getting any options to add it and my screen is as large as it allows to see the full ribbon. What do I do? Thank you.

If you are unable to access WordArt in Microsoft Word, here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Check Ribbon Customization: Ensure that the WordArt option is not hidden in your Ribbon. You can customize the Ribbon by right-clicking on it and selecting "Customize the Ribbon." Make sure that the "Insert" tab is checked and that WordArt is included in the options.
    2. Update Microsoft Office: Sometimes, issues can be resolved by ensuring that your Office applications are up to date. Check for updates by going to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
    3. Restart Word: Close and reopen Microsoft Word to see if the issue persists. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
    4. Try Safe Mode: Start Word in Safe Mode by holding down the Ctrl key while opening Word. This can help determine if the issue is caused by add-ins or customizations.
    5. Repair Office: If the problem continues, consider repairing your Office installation. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select Microsoft Office, and choose "Change" to access the repair options.

If none of these steps work, you may want to check if there are any specific settings or restrictions on your Hewlett Packard device that could be affecting Word's functionality.
