We are receiving the following error when attempting to resize a Batch pool to use D family VMs: Error message: The specified account has reached VM series core quota for standardDFamily (Code: AccountVMSeriesCoreQuotaReached). This occurs even though the subscription shows available regional and family vCPU quota. We suspect an account‑level Batch quota or propagation issue.
