Hi

I have registered to the Power BI exam using my corporate email. However, I’m leaving my job in few days and I’m not yet ready to take the exam. I added my personal email to the Microsoft Learn corporate account.

Will there be a problem if my corporate email got deactivated? Will I still be able to take the exam using my personal account?

Thank you.

If you have added your personal email to your Microsoft Learn corporate account, you should be able to access your exam even if your corporate email gets deactivated. However, it's important to ensure that you can sign in with your personal email account. If your personal email is linked correctly to your Microsoft Learn profile, you should be able to take the exam using that account.

Make sure to verify that your personal email is set up properly and that you can log in with it before your corporate email is deactivated. If you encounter any issues, it's advisable to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance.

The exam is tied to your Learn account but check with support anyway
