How to remove an authenticator app from my account

I want you the multifactor authentication removed from the compromised email account. My outlook got hacked and I had 2FA id on my account. The hackers changed all of those security measures (including my phone number attached to the account) so now I have no way to login.

    Hello, I’m Virginia a fellow Windows user.

    Unfortunately Microsoft cannot help with account recovery if 2fa is enabled. In this case you’d need to use the backup/recovery code generated during 2fa setup.

    However you can try this: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact & choose Account Recovery but they most likely will just block the account.
