Or the feeds in the Widgets panel only?

Why does windows turn the Discover feed back on?

How to finally and ultimately disable the Discover feed in Windows? It is annoying that it keeps turning back on after Windows Updates.

It looks like the Windows Web Experience pack is not working properly. Please try uninstalling it first, using the following steps:
Right-click Start>Windows Terminal(admin).
Execute the following command:
winget uninstall "Windows web experience pack"
Then, using the same elevated Terminal/Powershell Window, reinstall WWEP using this command:
winget install 9MSSGKG348SP
Restart your computer.
