This is absolutely horrendous. I got hacked at some point of the night a couple of nights ago ... by this email (PII removed). and that was not my email I cant get help and only support doesnt help. it says no email found under the record I provide which was my normal email to sign into Microsoft .

When a Microsoft account is hacked and the hacker changes the associated Email address, they do that to block the recovery options, the account is usually not recoverable, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one ere has any account access, try using the steps they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account is no longer recoverable.
