Microsoft have turned off my email, I cannot send or receive any emails to my main business email address.

Started by receiving email saying "Microsoft bill is past due" with an invoice. Clicked on "View all outstanding invoices" to pay it and page says "Switch to an account that has permission".

I am the only person in the business. I would happily pay any invoice but it's impossible. Now they have removed all my services for my main business email address. I cannot login, pay any invoice or do anything. Help required immediately.

If you are the only global admin on your Microsoft 365 account and are unable to access your services, you should contact the Azure Data Protection team for assistance. They can help you with account access issues, including resetting your password or resolving billing problems. You can reach them at +1 866-807-5850.

If you are not the global admin or if your company does not have a global admin, you will need to contact the Microsoft 365 Data Protection team. If you are part of the company's tenant, you can find the support phone number for your region and ask to be transferred to the Microsoft 365 Data Protection team for help with your account.

Additionally, ensure that you check your email for any communications from Microsoft regarding your account status and follow any instructions provided in those emails.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft 365 Business account is likely suspended due to an unpaid bill, locking you out, but you need to contact Microsoft Support

If you are the only Global Admin and don’t have any alternative verification methods set up (like backup phone or email), then the only way forward is to contact Microsoft 365 support directly https://xtls-v4.hkg1.meaqua.org/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide They’ll ask you to verify your domain ownership and can help reset the MFA requirement so you can get back into your account.

Or, you can create a temporary trial Microsoft 365 Business account and use it to reach Microsoft Support directly through the admin center, that often helps you connect with the right support team faster:

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
