If you are unable to reset your password for your second account due to repeated attempts, you may need to wait before trying again. Here are some steps you can take to recover your account:

    1. Wait for the Lockout Period: If you have attempted to reset your password too many times, there may be a temporary lockout period. Wait for a while before trying again.
    2. Use Security Information: If your global admin has enabled it, you can use your security information and mobile device to reset your password. Make sure you have access to the mobile device linked to your account.
    3. Contact Support: If you are still unable to recover your account, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. You can find the appropriate support contact for your region at the Microsoft 365 admin support page.
    4. Ask a Global Admin: If you are part of an organization, ask a global admin in your organization to assist you with resetting your password.

Following these steps should help you regain access to your account.
