If you cannot log into the Authenticator app because your mobile number is outdated, you will need assistance from another administrator in your organization to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. Here are the steps they can follow:
- Sign in to the cloud service portal as an admin.
- Go to the Multi-Factor Authentication management page.
- Select your account.
- Choose Manage user settings.
- Select the Require selected users to provide contact methods again checkbox, and then select Save.
This will allow you to log in again and update your mobile number in the system. If there are no other admins available, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
