Win 11, Wired Mouse & Keyboard keep disconnecting randomly.

Hello. I have a healthy system with a B550 motherboard, Ryzen 5 5500, RTX 2060S, and a Samsung SSD. When this configuration ran on Windows 10, everything worked fine. But once updated to Win 11, the inputs became frustratingly impossible to use - the keyboard and the mouse keep disconnecting from time to time for seemingly no reason. What's weirder is that in a game like Half-Life 2, it did not happen once. It rarely happens in the browser (at least once a day), and, once I opened Minecraft, it started happening every 2 minutes or so. All USB ports behave the same way.

    Hello,

Is your PC a custom-built machine?

Please try downloading and installing the latest chipset drivers from either the motherboard manufacturer’s website or AMD’s official site.

Regarding the BIOS update, the latest BIOS versions include improvements such as enhanced system stability and performance, fixes for vulnerabilities in AMD CPU microcode signature verification, and better memory compatibility.

If your BIOS is outdated, we recommend updating it to the latest version.
