Even when my email was replaced with a temporary email which probably nobody has access to anymore, that cant even make a security code for itself, blatantly obvious that there was someone on my account that wasn't suppose to be on. I provided billing information, username, gamer tags, old passwords, anything i can think of. Though im not sure what to put on the email field. do i use my previous email or the fraud email that replaced my own?
The escalation team couldn't do anything because the security info was changed, not sure what exactly was changed, but i find it irritating how i cant recover this account when i gave what should be enough to proof ownership. i could add more specific details like when i made the account or other specific details but they do not prompt them. is there any other automated form or someone that could possibly recover my account if i provided more specific information to a different field or a staff?
