How do I find a product key I purchased to upgrade from Home to Pro

In November 26, 2024 I purchased the upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro. The order number is 1438899234. Yesterday I had to reinstall Windows 11 but it has only installed Windows 11 Home. I need the Pro product key and have looked on the Microsoft account which only shows the amount paid but not the product key. Can you suggest where I can find the product key I purchased or are you able to email it to me.

Please change product key to a generic product key

    Hi,

Did you purchase the upgrade from Store? Upgrade thru Store is tied to hardware used for purchasing, this is why you did not get a product key. The Store sends an information about your purchase directly to the activation servers so there is no need to use a key.

Store says before purchase that this license is tied to hardware, but this is not evident enough unfortunately.

Were there any hardware changes between upgrade purchasing and reinstallation?
