I am experiencing a serious email delivery issue with my Outlook.com account: [mod: PII redacted]@hotmail.de
Over the last 3–4 days, multiple important emails have not arrived in my inbox. This includes emails from:
• The U.S. Embassy in Frankfurt • My mobile network provider
These emails were expected, time-sensitive, and confirmed as sent by the senders.
I have already checked: • Junk Email folder • Deleted Items • Focused Inbox (disabled) • Inbox rules (none deleting or forwarding mail) • Blocked senders list • Outlook Web and Outlook Desktop
The emails are missing entirely and do not appear anywhere in my mailbox.
This suggests a possible server-side filtering, throttling, or delivery failure on the Outlook.com infrastructure.
