- Are you the sole Global Administrator for your tenant, or do other administrators also have access to the Admin Center?

1/ Clear cookies
- In your browser, go to Settings > Privacy and Security
- Select Clear browsing data
- Choose Cookies and other site data
- Click Clear data
- Restart your browser and try signing in again
2/ Use a private/incognito browser Window
- Open your browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (Mac) to open a private window
- Go to Microsoft 365 admin center
- Sign in with your account
3/ Try a different browser or device
- Alternatively, try signing in from a different browser or device (e.g., another computer or mobile phone)
