Hi @Megill, Matthew@Waterboards
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for reaching out about all-day events not appearing in Schedule View when marked as “Available.” I understand how important it is to see these details when managing multiple calendars.
Currently, Schedule View is designed to show time that impacts availability (Busy, Tentative, Out of Office). All-day events marked as “Free” are intentionally hidden to reduce clutter. There isn’t a built-in option to change this behavior.
There are a few workarounds you can use:
1/ Change “Show As” to Busy/Tentative
- Open the event
- Under the Options group, choose Show As with a dropdown.
- Set Show As to Busy, Tentative, or Out of Office → Save.
- This ensures the event appears in Schedule View.
2/ Use overlay mode in Day/Week view
- Under View tab > Switch to Day, Work Week, or Week view
- Select multiple calendars → click Overlay under the View tab.
- This displays all-day events (including “Free”) across calendars.
