I appreciated very much the help from the microsoft/windows people who joined with my pc to check out whether there was any malicious software. I'm glad there isn't, but the problem is still happening. Just now. I always try to get video of this event and I have it. I wish I could upload it so people could see what i mean.

To me, it is obviously someone using some type of software to link to my notebook. I don't know if it is being done with the USB keyboard I have to use (because an important letter was pulled off my keyboard) or if it is software that has been turned on in my notebook by someone who broke in to my house.

When i was watching the technicians going through the testing and scanning I saw in the settings a "co-pilot key" that something in the bluetooth or around ther emade reference to. I am not sure what that would be used for.

Is is possible that someone is using somethign like that to put his hands in my notebook? I have m ostly seen my email as I write be taken over and the person just uses characters like this +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ and drops the entire page. I don't know if that is an inability to write or just the only thing this person can do, also this person lights up my icons and bounces the light around, from icon to icon. I have video a lot of it of that.

Please I am telling you the God's honest truth. I have never seen anythign like it in my life in my previous notebooks or in anyone else's notebook. I know this is a result of hjacking because these people live to do that, and live to break in they've broken into my house. I just recently changed my lockscreen password, but I think it did not get rid of the problem. Neither did the scans.

What kind of software could allow people access to another's pc? I used to see in my older notebooks options for remote control of notebook, reflecting --somethign like that -- but I also wonder if this is somethign that the USB keyboard has been controlled. I have have two thus far and with both i have seen this. I am open to anything that might cut off this access. Or what to look for in terms of software and apps that would enable this.

thanks for any and all help.

Gina

It sounds like you are experiencing a serious issue with unauthorized access to your computer. Here are some potential explanations and steps you can take to address the situation:

    1. Remote Access Software: There are various remote access tools that can allow someone to control your computer from a distance. If you suspect that someone is using such software, check your installed applications for any remote desktop software that you did not install yourself. Common examples include TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and others.
    2. Tech Support Scams: Be aware that tech support scams often involve scammers tricking users into giving them remote access to their devices. If you did not initiate the connection with a trusted source, it is crucial to be cautious. Microsoft will not contact you unsolicited to request access to your device.
    3. Malware: Malware can be used to gain unauthorized access to your computer. Ensure that you have a reputable antivirus program installed and that it is up to date. Run a full system scan to check for any malicious software.
    4. USB Devices: If you suspect that your USB keyboard might be compromised, consider using a different keyboard or disconnecting it to see if the issue persists. Malicious individuals can sometimes exploit vulnerabilities in USB devices.
    5. Account Security: Change your passwords and enable two-factor authentication on your accounts where possible. This can help prevent unauthorized access.
    6. Network Security: Ensure that your home network is secure. Change the default password on your router, and consider using a firewall to protect your devices from external threats.
    7. Physical Security: Since you mentioned concerns about someone breaking into your house, it may be wise to enhance your physical security measures as well.

If you continue to experience issues, it may be beneficial to consult with a professional technician who can help diagnose and resolve the problem more thoroughly.

    Hello,

In the best case scenario this might just be a bluetooth keyboard and mouse connected to your device in another room and someone's messing with it.

If it is a genuine breach then it is likely something called "Remote Desktop Software", In my previous work I held a job as a remote IT technician, since I wasn't in the same country as my employers I had to remotely control computers using this software. It is likely the hackers controlling your device has something similar.

I recommend taking your computer to a repair shop so they can get rid of the malicious software.

    Hope this helps,

    JC

I see this phone iin my settings -- a galaxy J 7. I do not own a galaxy J 7 and I don't know where it comes from, i don't know if this is the device that is causing the cyber attacks that make my pc bounce and invade my efforts to write an email.

I see it in settings with an option to delete it and i am trying to but he delete is grayed out or turned off. It says that the device is off.

It may be the hackers, I don't know but I have an iphone and my last three have been iphones so i do not own a galaxy J 7 so can anyone tell me please how I get rid of this?

I am looking for a good anti virus anti hacking software and want to choose wisely, but these interruptions always cause problems.

I would be grateful to anhyone who can tell me how I eliminate this. I don't know why it is there, or whose it was.

thank you in advance for your help.
