My Microsoft Edge Browser has been hijacked by Google Chrome

I believe my Microsoft Edge browser has been hijacked by Google Chrome somehow. I feel like i have tried everything. I even tried downloading PSExec to run force delete and access was denied. I've tried more steps but.. I am so exhausted that, I cant explain in detail. I need help, I have homework to do.

    Thank you for posting, I am here to help. If all steps is taken. Last resort will be the Windows System Restore. This will allow you to revert your PC's state to a previous point in time, undoing recent system changes without affecting personal files. To learn more, see System Restore

    Please try this process but please make sure to back up your file for additional safety of your Data and files.

    Click Start button and search for System restore, Open Recovery Then click Open System Restore. In the Restore system files and settings box, select Next

    Select the restore point that you want to use in the list of results. If you don’t see the restore point that you want to use, select the Show more restore points check box to see more restore points.

    Optionally, select Scan for affected programs. Once you find the proper restore point, select Next > Finish. After the restore point is applied, Windows restarts automatically
