it means, sorry, when open the authenciation files, it have problems.
is it have any solutions temperary? or will update a patch to fixed it.

Hi, I have this file permission. recently after I update 365, all permission document I cannot open. (actually i have the permission)
Upon looking up other users with the same issue, I was able to find this solution.
The issue might be with a corrupt credential saved within Windows Credential Manager. Clear all saved credentials, and reboot.

Go to the start menu and search credential manager, within credential manager should be all the logins you performed on programs with the computer, outlook word etc.
I deleted all the infomation under credential manager, but still same error when open the authentication file.
