I need to send over 60 files (word, Powerpoint, Excel - mixed) to an external contact through email. I have put the files into a zip folder, but it is still too large to go. How else can I send all these files over?

To send a large number of files, especially if the total size exceeds the email attachment limit, consider the following options:

    1. Use Cloud Storage: Upload the zip folder to a cloud storage service (like OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox) and share the link with your recipient. This way, they can download the files directly from the cloud.
    2. Split the Files: If possible, split the files into smaller groups and send multiple emails. This can help you stay within the attachment size limits.
    3. Compress Further: If the zip folder is still too large, try compressing the files further using a more aggressive compression tool or format.
    4. Request Size Limit Increase: If you frequently need to send large files, consider discussing with your IT administrator about increasing the allowable attachment size limit for your email account.

These methods should help you successfully send your files without hitting size restrictions.
