I need help logging into my work email at home it doesn’t let me ? It makes me sign into the authentication app which doesnt work because im not signed in over there either it’s an endless loop. Someone please help asap I do not understand why I can’t contact support directly

    Regarding that you can't log in to your work account due to Microsoft Authenticator. I’d like to ask a quick questions to better understand your situation and assist you effectively: 

    • Could you please clarify whether you are an end user or an admin?     
    • When you mentioned needing access from home but cannot verify through Microsoft Authenticator, do you still have access to your work account at your workplace without using Microsoft Authenticator?

    If you are an end user I would recommend you contact your account's Admin to reset your MFA settings through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. Ask your administrator to follow these steps:
