my Microsoft account got hacked and the email was<PII removed>@gmail.com and said that an account stole it and changed it

my Xbox account username was <PII removed> and it was took by an email called <PII removed>@antimamail.ru and now i no longer can sign into my Microsoft account and i need help getting it back because i spent a lot of money on the Xbox account.
