    Hi,

May I ask if it has the same issue when you try to sign in using OneDrive Online?

In the meantime, check if your OneDrive is updated. If it is updated, please try to re-link your account.

    1. Unlink the OneDrive Account
      1. Open OneDrive from the taskbar notification area.
      2. Open Help & Settings, then select Settings.
      3. Go to the Account tab.
      4. Select Unlink this PC, then confirm Unlink account.
    2. Clear OneDrive Sign‑In Credentials
      1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
      2. Enter: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings
      3. Select OK.
      4. Delete the file named PreSignInSettingsConfig.json.
    3. Re-link the OneDrive Account
      1. Press the Windows key and search for OneDrive.
      2. Open the OneDrive app and sign in.
      3. When prompted that a OneDrive folder already exists, select Use this folder.
      4. Allow OneDrive to complete the resync process.
      5. After syncing, adjust folder selections if needed using Choose folders to sync.

If the issue persist, reset OneDrive. Please refer the steps here: Reset OneDrive

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Stay Safe!

If OneDrive is showing a sync error indicating that there is not enough cloud storage, despite only using 4% of the 5 GB available, it may be due to several reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check for Hidden Files: Sometimes, hidden or temporary files can occupy space without being visible. Ensure that there are no hidden files in your OneDrive folder that might be consuming storage.
    2. Review Sync Conflicts: Conflicts between local and server copies of files can also cause sync issues. Make sure there are no unresolved conflicts that might be affecting the sync process.
    3. Clear Office Document Cache: If you're using Office applications, clearing the Office document cache can help resolve issues related to temporary files that might be causing the sync error.
    4. Check for Other Accounts: If you have multiple OneDrive accounts, ensure that you're checking the correct account's storage usage.
    5. Restart OneDrive: Sometimes, simply restarting the OneDrive application can resolve sync issues.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may want to check the OneDrive sync health dashboard for any specific error messages that could provide more insight into the issue.
