Please teach me how to automatically "Match Formatting" whenever I paste in MS Word 365 MacOs.

The bot is hallucinating, as Word for Mac has no option to set the default paste option. However you can use Command + Option + Shift + V to paste with Destination Formatting.

If that's too many keys, it's possible to use Tools>Customize Keyboard from the macOS menu bar to remove the Command + V shortcut from the standard paste command and add it to PasteDestinationFormatting instead. Please post again if you need the steps to do that.
