Why doesn't the full server list except 2 pvp servers and a bunch of pve servers show up on Ark Survival Ascended?

So I'm having this problem with Ark Survival Ascended: when I go through the Microsoft Store and open it from there, it only shows 2 PvP servers and most PvE servers on official. My friend who has the game on Steam can see all servers. I have restarted the game, repaired the Microsoft Store, and even deleted and reinstalled the game, which takes forever because this game is huge. I don't have any blocked servers or any restrictions like "only Xbox servers," so I'm not sure how to fix this problem other than to buy it AGAIN on Epic Games or Steam. I hope people can relate, and hopefully we can find the answer to this.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with Ark Survival Ascended on the Microsoft Store. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Check Sandbox Settings: If you're using a development sandbox, ensure that you are in the correct sandbox environment. Sometimes, being in the wrong sandbox can limit the visibility of servers.
    2. Update Gaming Services: Make sure that your Gaming Services are up to date. You can check this in the Add or Remove Programs section of your settings. If needed, you can force an update using PowerShell commands to remove and reinstall the Gaming Services.
    3. Xbox App Updates: Ensure that the Xbox App is also up to date. If it has been a while since you switched sandboxes, the app may not have updated automatically.
    4. Network Restrictions: Double-check your network settings to ensure there are no restrictions that might limit your server visibility. Sometimes, firewall settings or network configurations can affect this.
    5. Game Settings: Within Ark Survival Ascended, check if there are any settings that might filter the server list, such as showing only specific types of servers.

If none of these steps work, you might want to consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance, as they can provide more tailored troubleshooting based on your account and setup.

Contact the developers to confirm if they have disabled the ability for the Windows/Microsoft Store PC version of ASA to join the main Official PvP cluster: https://support.survivetheark.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
