    Hi,

If you received a message saying your account has been locked when signing in, it could be due to activity that may go against Microsoft's Terms of Use. This is typically a security measure to protect your information.

To regain access, please visit the support article below, click the "Sign in" button, and follow the steps provided. Be sure to review the tips included in the article, as they can help improve your chances of successfully recovering your account.

If the issue persists, on the sign-in page where it asks you to enter the code from your authenticator app, click I cant use my app right now, then find the link that says Show more verification methods. This will give you the option to sign in using the available verification methods such as your phone or alternate email address.

If not, on the next page, click I dont have any of these. After clicking that, you will be prompted to complete the information needed to confirm that the account owner is making this sensitive change. Once your account is verified, you will be able to update your security information.

If you have recently made a sensitive security change, your account may be placed in a restricted state for 30 days.

This is done to protect you and alert you in case the security information was changed by someone without your permission. I tried that but it doesnt allow me to verify my account, it straight up sent me to a message saying that my account was locked and i need to fill up the formulary to recover my account that i already filled previously, which they responded multiple times by saying they cant help me because my account has two step verification, is a dumb loophole that doesnt make sense, i already contact literally every branch of microsoft and no one is able to help me resolve this issue
