Get rid of default items in Outlook menu pane

I have 3 e-mail addresses added to Outlook and there are multiple items simply taking up space in the left menu pane. I know they are useful but not for me personally. Some do have delete option on right-click but automatically reappear. Screenshot:

Is there any good way to delete or hide these? DEFINITELY the standalone "Groups" category. I've never been in any groups nor do I plan to create or join. Easy to see how much space would be gained since these edits would be x3 accounts. Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

There is a way and it's suggested by a fellow forumposter here. However you will need mfcmapi.

Then follow this guide, do note that this is a third party app, do not click any of the links, only follow the instructions that are specifically for the outlook folders.

    Hope this helps,
