No chances to validade MFA and access the account

Hello,

Last July/August/September 2024 was created a Microsoft account to be associated to acquire windows licenses.

The account is [<Mod remove PII> ]

The registry was made on September 2nd.

The account was created with the following data:

Company name: <Mod remove PII>

Address: <Mod remove PII> , Portugal

NIF: <Mod remove PII>

Telephone:  <Mod remove PII> (this is not mobile phone)

Responsable name: <Mod remove PII>

Email: [<Mod remove PII> ]

I need to get the windows licenses, but I cannot access the account.

I don’t get the MFA code. The associated telephone is not a mobile and I don’t receive messages.

Please address this email to digital security so they can help me to access my account.
