I need to download and install a version of Office for an iMac running Monterey 12.7.4

I have an iMac that I had to reset to factory settings because of problems. I have a subscription to Microsoft 365. I was using it on this computer, but I need to reinstall. I know the new version would run on this computer but I would still like to have a version on my iMac.

PLEASE HELP!

    The latest version of Office compatible with macOS Monterey is 16.89.1.

    It's the one from September 17, 2024.

    You can select Office with Teams, or without it. You can also download individual apps.
