My account was stolen and given to someone else

Hello, a long time ago, my Microsoft account was stolen for not replying to a message within 30 days (to make matters worse, it was marked as spam). I tried to recover it, contacted technical support, and they verified it was true. Instead of returning my account, they just deleted it. I had Minecraft and other things on it. I'm very angry with their security; at the very least, they should give me back my things. Now I've created the account again with the same Gmail address, but when I try to open the Xbox account, I get the error: (0x8000000D).

I just want my game back. I have proof that I bought it and friends who can verify it.
