Thank you for reaching out about the issue with your Excel file I understand how important it is to access your data, especially when you need it for reference. I can see how frustrating it must be to encounter an error saying the file was moved or deleted when you haven’t made any changes to its location. Losing access to a critical file can disrupt your workflow, and I’m here to help you recover it as quickly as possible.
This error usually happens when the file path has changed, the file is stored in a location that’s no longer accessible or the file is corrupted. You can start by searching your computer using the file name to confirm its location. Check the Recent section in Excel under File and Open to see if you can open it from there. If the file was stored in OneDrive or SharePoint review the version history or try restoring it from the cloud.
If the file might be corrupted use Excel’s Open and Repair feature by going to File and Open, selecting the file, clicking the arrow next to Open, and choosing Open and Repair. If none of these options work you can try recovering unsaved or temporary files by navigating to the Temp folder or the UnsavedFiles directory in your user profile.
Could you confirm where the file was originally saved on your local drivea network location or cloud storage like OneDrive?
I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back
Regards,
Marcelo
