Unable to launch my Developer E5 Sanbox

I can get into my Developer Program Dashboard but unable to log in to E5 Sandbox, when I click on it, it asks for password, and after entering the password, its asking for Code from the authenticator and I dont have one. I think I had that app long back in my old phone but I don't have it anymore. I dont have any options to bypass it, I can only reset the login password but no way to bypass authenticator login. Help me please.
