I keep getting asked to log into my old school office account. I have removed it from Work/school accounts and removed it as an account in general. It keeps popping up

If you are still being prompted to log into your old school account after removing it from your Work or School accounts, it may be due to cached credentials or settings in your applications. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Clear Cached Credentials: Go to the Windows Credential Manager and remove any stored credentials related to your old school account. You can access it by searching for "Credential Manager" in the Windows search bar.
    2. Check Account Settings: Ensure that the old account is completely removed from all applications that might be trying to access it, including Outlook and any Office applications.
    3. Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can help clear any lingering prompts.
    4. Re-add and Remove the Account: If the issue persists, try adding the account back temporarily and then removing it again to ensure that it is fully cleared from the system.
    5. Check for Updates: Make sure your Office applications and Windows are up to date, as updates can sometimes resolve account-related issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact your IT administrator for further assistance, especially if this account is tied to your school’s systems.
