Hello @MrtnMrkn,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
After reviewing your description, we understand that you are experiencing an issue where running PowerShell does not update the Outlook Calendar, even though the command executes successfully and displays the correct result when using Get-MailboxCalendarConfiguration. We have tested the same command you are using to update the calendar working hours, and in our case, there was no issue. The update reflected immediately in the UI after completing Set-MailboxCalendarConfiguration. Could you kindly confirm the following:
- Are both Outlook Desktop and Outlook Web showing the same behavior?
- If using Outlook Web, please test in an InPrivate window (Edge) or Incognito window (Chrome) and check if the calendar reflects the updated value (end time set to 16:00).
- If the update does not appear, please try again with another user account and confirm whether the issue persists.
- Kindly let us know which license type your company is currently using (Business Standard, M365 E3...)
Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to your feedback.
