Dear Support,

I can't log in or access my previous MCP and MCSE certifications.

I have original copies of the certifications. But I can't remember my login information. Could you please assist me in obtaining my certifications?

Thanks & Regards,

MAHAMMAD KHALEEL

To regain access to your MCP and MCSE certifications, you will need to recover your Microsoft account login information. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Forgotten Username: If you have forgotten your Microsoft account username, you can refer to the guide on Forgotten your Microsoft account username.
    2. Reset Password: If you remember your username but not your password, you can reset it by following the instructions in Reset a forgotten Microsoft Account Password.
    3. Account Activity: Ensure that you have logged into your Microsoft account at least once in a two-year period to keep it active. If you have not done so, your account may be inactive.
    4. Contact Support: If you are still unable to access your account after trying the above steps, you may need to contact Microsoft Account Help for further assistance.

Please note that Microsoft Credentials Support cannot assist with recovery of personal Microsoft accounts directly.
