Hello Lele Crdo,
Thank you for posting your question to Microsoft Q&A and for your patience while we investigate why your Gmail calendar has disappeared from Outlook on the Web.
Based on the behavior you described where the account connects but the specific "Calendar" toggle is missing, it appears that the synchronization link between the two services needs to be fully reset rather than just updated.
Please follow these specific steps to force a fresh connection for the calendar data:
Phase 1: Remove the Account completely
- Open Outlook on the Web.
- Go to Settings (Gear icon) > Mail > Attachment > Storage Accounts.
- If your Gmail account is listed here, delete/remove it.
- Next, go to Settings > Mail > Sync Email.
- Hover over your Gmail account and select the Delete (Trash can) icon to remove the connected account entirely.
- Important: Log out of Outlook Web and close your browser window.
Phase 2: Revoke Permissions
- Open a new browser window and log in to your Google Account (myaccount.google.com). Disclaimer: This is a non-Microsoft website. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products).
- Navigate to Data & Privacy > Apps and services.
- Look for "Microsoft apps & services" or "Outlook".
- Select it and choose "Delete all connections that you have with Microsoft apps & services." (This ensures that when we reconnect, Google asks for permission to see your Calendar again).
Phase 3: Reconnect
- Open Outlook on the Web again.
- Go to the Calendar view.
- Click "Add Calendar" > "Add personal calendars".
- Select Google and follow the login prompt.
- Crucial: When the Google permission screen pops up, ensure you check the boxes allowing Microsoft access to your calendar.
Once the process finishes, it may take up to 15 minutes for the calendar events to populate. If the issue persists even after this full reset, please let me know so we can investigate further.
