The account with email ******@gmail.com has suspended about a month. When I am trying to sign in for unlocking there is a step to send a code to phone number, but this method is not working for me. I see the message "Try another method". Please help to restore the account.

In this scenario, if this email account that you have is tied to a Microsoft account then you can go through the link below that says "To check your account status or reactivate your account, go to the Microsoft services account reset page via https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/AccountReinstatement and follow the on-screen instructions" and wait for the update on the unblock request that you have submitted.
