my Microsoft account has been hacked and hacker changed email

In 20/9/2025, I redeemed $30 on my Microsoft account (two gift cards: $25 and $5). I still have the purchase codes and gift card numbers.

On 21/9/2025, I bought Minecraft, and I have the order number as proof.

Then on 21/11/2025, I was suddenly logged out of all apps connected to my Microsoft account. Right after that, I received an email saying:

“You have changed your primary alias from (mymainaccount)@icloud.com to ******@outlook.com.”

I did NOT change my alias. After the alias was changed, I got logged out from everything — even from Feather Client.

Now when I try to log in, it says:

“The Microsoft account you entered does not exist.”

But I used this account for months and received many emails from Microsoft on it.

When I tried sending a recovery code to find the username, it showed me an email that I have never seen before, which means someone hijacked my account and changed all the information.

Right now, I cannot access my Microsoft account at all, even though I have:

Gift card codes

$30 redemption proof

Minecraft order number

Emails from Microsoft

• My old login email
• phone number

I need help recovering my account because it was clearly hacked and the alias was changed without my permission.
