If you are unable to open Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint after installing Office 365 Personal, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check for Updates: Make sure your Office applications are updated. Sometimes, updates can resolve issues with launching applications.
    2. Repair Office: You can attempt to repair your Office installation. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, find Microsoft Office in the list, select it, and then choose the option to repair.
    3. Reinstall Office: If repairing does not work, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling Office. Use the Microsoft 365 Uninstall troubleshooter to help with this process.
    4. Check for Compatibility Issues: Ensure that your version of Office is compatible with your operating system. If you are using an older version of macOS, it may not support the latest Office applications.
    5. Start in Safe Mode: Try starting the applications in Safe Mode to see if they open without any add-ins or extensions that might be causing issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
