Need invoice for a credit card charged to our business account

I have a charge on our business credit card: 10/18 for $129.99-PII removed

PII removed

The last 4 digits of our card are PII removed. I have a HP All in one Desktop 27-cboxxx

Serial # PII removed

I need to know if we have a subscription we are being charged for and I need a copy of it for my records. My email is PII removed

The invoice may have gone to a previous secretary's address and I don't have access to this.
