My suggestion for you:
.Step 1: Sign in to the correct Microsoft account
- Go to Microsoft Services & Subscriptions.

If you’re unsure which account was used, check any previous confirmation emails or ask your IT admin if the subscription was purchased under a company account.
Step 2: View your subscriptions
- On the Services & Subscriptions page, you’ll see all active and past subscriptions.
- Look for any plan matching the amount $129.99 (often Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Family plan).
Step 3: Download the invoice
- Next to the subscription, click Manage → Payment & Billing → Order History.
- Find the transaction dated 10/18 and click Print or Download Invoice.
If you don’t have access to the previous secretary’s email
- Use the Contact Support option on the same page or go to Microsoft Support: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
- Explain that you need the invoice for a business credit card charge and provide:
- Last 4 digits of the card
