I paid for my subscription to Office 365 but there is an error in downloading. I want to reinstall without having to pay again.

    Hi,

Here's the offline download for Office 365:

    https://officecdn.microsoft.com/db/492350F6-3A01-4F97-B9C0-C7C6DDF67D60/media/en-US/O365HomePremRetail.img

After the download is complete, disconnect from the internet > right click > select Mount > go to Windows Explorer > My Computer > select the Office icon > right click > open > Go to the office folder > Go to setup64.exe

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks

With an active subscription, you should be able to install on any supported device. Check that your subscription renewed successfully; go to https://account.microsoft.com/services .

Why are you trying to reinstall? Note that if you had Office installed previously, you don't have to reinstall after you renewed a subscription. Sometimes, you may have to sign out and then sign back in, for the purpose of product activation, though.
