i want to upload ten pages of a document for a school assignment, but the options in my print menu dont show the "microsoft print to pdf". how do i fix that?

i have no options on my printer selections to even add the pdf option. ive tried most of the steps in this forum and still cant add the option. my computer shows that "print to pdf" is activae, but it is nowhere to be found.

If the 'Microsoft Print to PDF' function is not available in the printer selection list dialog, if you select File - Export, are you able to export the document out as a PDF file from there?
