Release host names for services

It seems you’re running into an issue with host names being already taken when you’re trying to recreate some services. Here’s what you can do to handle this situation:

Purge the Existing Host Names: If you need to purge the existing host names, you may have to delete the related Azure Cache For Redis resources that are using those host names. You can use the Azure Portal or Azure CLI to do this.

Deleting the Cache: When deleting Azure Cache for Redis resources, ensure that all related components are addressed. The deletion may take some time, and you might need to review network resources linked to Redis to avoid any complications.

Check for Active Management Operations: Sometimes, issues with deleting caches can arise from ongoing cache management operations, so it’s good to check if there are any active operations that may be interfering.
